40,000 + performance-based bonus

About the Role
In this pivotal role, you will lead business development initiatives and create commercial relationships for our well-established York branch while spearheading the launch and growth of our services in Thirsk & Northallerton. Your goal is to expand our client base, attract talented Care Professionals, and build meaningful community partnerships.
You'll be based across our York and Thirsk offices, with frequent travel to key locations. The role requires someone with a commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate data-driven insights into effective marketing, PR, and growth strategies.
What You'll Be Doing

Growing Existing Services
- Implement innovative marketing and networking strategies to expand our core home care, live-in care and day centre services.

Launching New Locations
- Develop and execute a cost-effective strategy to establish Radfield Home Care in new areas, ensuring rapid recognition as a leading provider of quality care.

Marketing & PR
- Build brand awareness through online and offline campaigns, social media, and community engagement, generating reliable referral sources.

Data & Performance Analysis
- Monitor and evaluate marketing activities, ensuring the best return on investment (ROI) and refining strategies accordingly.

Financial & Strategy Planning
- Use business and performance data to inform decision-making and create targeted marketing plans.

Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients, community organisations, and healthcare professionals that generate commercially viable referral networks

Leadership
- Lead and support a small business development team while working closely with operational managers to align growth with service capacity.
