The Opportunity
We're looking for an energetic, ambitious Commercial Development Manager who's ready to:
Already working in or ready to transition into the I&C energy market (Industrial & Commercial)
Make meaningful appointments with big-name clients
Work closely with our field sales team to drive partnerships and growth
Grow into account management or senior sales -- we love to promote from within
What You'll Be Doing
Qualify leads from sales support, partners, and marketing to find ideal prospects
Reach out via phone, email, social media -- whatever it takes -- to connect with key decision-makers
Set up valuable meetings for our field sales team (and get paid for each one)
Maintain CRM accuracy, your notes and updates will be the gold standard
Support junior team members and contribute to special projects when needed
Smash targets and earn real commission all while being supported every step of the way

What You'll Need
Minimum 12 months of experience in the energy sector (SME or I&C)
2+ years of cold calling or telesales experience
Confident speaking to senior decision-makers
Strong written and verbal communication
CRM experience and solid Microsoft Office skills
A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a genuine team spirit
