About the role
The Compliance team supports the business with developing and releasing cutting-edge features for millions of customers around the world.
We're looking for a Business Compliance Manager to support and advise our product GM's and department heads on compliance requirements and related controls within the first line of defence. Be warned, this is a very hands-on role.

What you'll be doing
Providing compliance domain expertise to 1LoD
Offering commercial solutions to compliance problem statements
Acting as an effective stakeholder between 1LoD and 2LoD compliance
Leading the charge in steering our cryptoassets products through the complex regulatory landscape
Ensuring every cryptoasset product launch is smooth, compliant, and ahead of the curve
Identifying potential compliance risks in our cryptoassets offerings
Creating innovative strategies to stay one step ahead of regulatory challenges
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deploy cutting-edge policies that drive business growth and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Empowering product teams with knowledge, training, and tools to make compliance a seamless part of the innovation process
Serving as the go-to expert and liaison with regulatory bodies, ensuring our cryptoassets products shine in audits
Setting new standards in regulatory reporting and engagement
What you'll need
Experience in top-tier investment banking/PE, strategy consulting, fast growing technology company, or cryptoassets exchange
An excellent understanding of how compliance risk and business risk interact
A degree from a top-tier university
A track record of outstanding achievement in several different areas
A STEM or another highly quantitative degree
Highly adaptable skills for working in a fast-paced environment
The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
