Summary
We are seeking a Business Coordinator to join the management team. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations within our hotels and restaurants, contributing to our goal of becoming the preferred destination for visitors in Beddgelert and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across both venues.
Support with email communications for the business.
Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, payroll and other clerical duties.
Utilise Xero software for basic accounting (training provided), and Microsoft 365 suite for business functions.
Manage the back office systems for EPOS software including stock takes.
Maintain records and files to support planned and reactive maintenance needs.
Provide excellent phone etiquette when interacting with guests and suppliers.
Support team and management in achieving targets and incentives.
Provide management support for HR functions (letters, note-taking).
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within hospitality.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Office 365 and Outlook essential.
Computer speed and literacy essential!
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a management environment.
Ability to provide confidential support to owners.
The role offers flexible working 3 or 4 days a week working anytime between 07:30 until 22:00. We may consider full time for the right candidate.
Your hours can be arranged around personal commitments but must include one weekend per month. Whilst this role offers flexibility in working hours, you may be required to work specific days / times on occasion to support specific business needs when required. This could be stock takes, payroll deadlines or times for capturing team members for HR meetings as examples.
