During the first 24 months your primary job will be supporting our Mortgage Brokers. After your two-year anniversary you will be considered for the role of Trainee Mortgage Broker, this will be on the condition that relevant qualifications have been passed and behaviours displayed.
Year 1 & 2 (New business coordinator)
Your main responsibility will be driving new business into the Mortgage sales team via the utilisation of the following methods;
Outbound introductory calls to new warm prospects
Inbound introductory calls to new warm prospects
Qualifying suitability of mortgage prospects
Highlighting the advantages of working with our company
Collecting personal data from prospects
Transferring warm prospects to Mortgage Advisors
Compose and send marketing emails
Liaising with prospects via our social media channels
OTEs in first 12 months are 36k, with earnings of 40k+ achievable.
24 months + (Trainee Mortgage)
Upon progressing into the role of Trainee Mortgage Broker you will be responsible for giving mortgage and protection advice over the phone. Key daily tasks will include:
Working towards and achieving set sales targets
Prospecting new enquiries and generating new business
Generating new business through personal network and business development
Delivering a professional and credible service to ensure your knowledge is always up to date
Identify customers' financial needs and advise them with the products that would best suit their requirements
OTEs in 24 months plus are 64k per annum with opportunity to be earning 73k plus for high performers
What we're looking for
We are currently seeking to employ new members of our mortgage support team who will work towards becoming a Trainee Mortgage Broker.
To be considered for this role you must:
Have an outstanding work ethic

Have excellent communication skills
Have excellent organisation skills
Have excellent attention to detail
Experience working in Financial Services is preferred, but not necessary. Strong candidates coming from an unrelated background will also be considered as full training will be provided and qualifications funded.
