Job Summary


We are looking for a Business Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Sales team, ensuring the smooth coordination of daily business activities.

The successful candidate must be comfortable operating in supportive capacity to ensure a streamlined experience for our sales team. This will incorporate office management responsibilities (such as event and meeting coordination, travel and expense management, and facility support) as well as operational support through market intelligence gathering, reporting, and presentation preparation.

The ideal candidate will need to be highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where collaboration and attention to detail are key.

Responsibilities



Leadership & Calendar Management: To maintain and manage leadership team calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely reminders. And to coordinate appointments, regional sales calls, and cross-functional meetings with global teams. Communications Support: To assist in preparing materials for weekly regional sales calls and corporate cascade communications. Also to ensure clear, timely, and professional communication across teams. Office Administration & Procurement: To oversee procurement of office supplies (including IT, stationery, and kitchen essentials), and manage local vendor relationships, including hotels, transport services, and cleaning contracts. Documentation & Market Intelligence: To prepare and format reports, presentations, and correspondence to a professional standard. To also liaise with regional teams to gather, compile and keep up to date customer account market intelligence reports to support sales strategy discussions across the region with a targeted focus on each of AAR's Distribution OEM partners.

Requirements



Proven office experience or administrative experience in a professional environment Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Strong typing skills for efficient data entry and document preparation Good phone etiquette and professional communication abilities Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks undertaken Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
