We are a Valuation Panel Manager liaising with both Lenders and Valuers.

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting multiple departments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to analyse customer needs. You'll play a key part in managing communications, and ensuring smooth operations within our property and valuation services.
Responsibilities
Inbox Management:
Assist in managing the Management Team inbox by delegating and forwarding emails to appropriate departments and team members for action.
Telephone Support:
Handle incoming calls, addressing enquiries and supporting departmental needs.
Surveyor Liaison:
Communicate with surveyors to negotiate availability, special arrangements, reduced fees, or services.
Access Coordination:
Work with lenders, brokers, and surveyors to resolve property access issues and secure any necessary additional fees.
PVQ (Post Valuation Queries) Management:
Send out management reviewed PVQ responses, escalate complex queries , and ensure PVQs are accurately rectified.
Valuer Support:
Respond to surveyor queries and assist with gathering additional information or clarification from lenders and brokers. Create compliance-related audit notes as required.
Report Handling:
Review, upload, and distribute amended valuation reports, ensuring PVQ threads are concluded.
Issue Resolution:
Collaborate with the Quotes Department to resolve discrepancies or changes in property instructions and to obtain alternative quotes when needed.
Case Management:
Implement the correct procedure for placing cases on hold and resuming them, keeping all parties informed and ensuring accurate system updates.
Training and Development:
You will be guided in your learning journey, helping develop your skills and industry knowledge. The company has successfully grown its work force through our training plans.
