Job Description
I\'m working with a London based firm who are looking to add an Associate Solicitor to their expanding Business Crime and Regulatory team.
The team have forged and developed an emerging investigations practice and actively bring private prosecutions on behalf of both individuals and corporate clients, so a background of working within law enforcement, the CPS or another prosecuting authority is desirable.
Expanding team|Entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment.
- Be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of criminal and regulatory law
- Have two to five years\' PQE in a leading criminal firm or law enforcement agency
- Have experience preparing and running cases in the Magistrates\' Court, Crown Court and Court of Appeal at differing levels of supervision dependent on the severity and complexities of the case
