Business Crime & Regulation Lawyer
Job Description
I am working with a central London law firm that is looking to expand its Business Crime and Regulatory team. You will be working with 3 Partners as well as managing your own caseload. The team currently deals with the full spectrum of privately funded criminal and regulatory cases; this includes advising on and defending corporate criminal investigations, professional misconduct and disciplinary proceedings, as well as high value fraud, serious general crime and extradition.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience at a criminal firm or law enforcement agency. You should have experience preparing and running cases in the Magistrates\' Court, Crown Court and Court of Appeal at differing levels of supervision dependent on the severity and complexities of the case and have experience with the AML rules.
