The Role

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Business Data Analyst to join the Klarna Media domain in Stockholm. In this role, you will work with marketing campaigns and advertisements within the Klarna ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing data to gain insights and support decision-making. The analyst for Klarna Media Services works closely with merchant-facing teams, Ad and CRM operations, and the greater analytics team. This position requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and the skills to prioritize tasks based on their potential business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing campaign data to assess effectiveness and impact and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership, such as in-depth market analyses, aggregated campaign performance analyses, and analyses of significant shopping moments
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track advertising performance and revenue
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights
  • Collaborate with Ads and CRM operations to establish pricing for media offerings and regularly compile and analyze data from past campaigns to establish benchmarks that support commercial efforts and inform decision-making processes
  • Educate stakeholders on how to use self-serve reporting tools and interpret data effectively
Requirements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Experience with data visualization and BI tools, especially QlikSense
  • Strong spreadsheet skills
  • A bachelor\'s degree in a related field
  • At least 3 years of work experience in business analysis or a related field
  • Experience working with Ads performance metrics
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Demonstrates resourcefulness and possesses a strong aptitude for prioritizing tasks according to their potential impact on the business
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a large number of stakeholders.
  • Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of Amplitude (or alternatives such as Mixpanel)
  • Experience working with APIs
  • Proficiency in Python
