We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to join our team. Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach activities. Develop customised proposals and presentations tailored to prospective clients' needs. Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) software, including Salesforce, to track interactions, sales pipelines, and follow-up activities. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for market expansion and product positioning. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the organisation's services. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights for senior management.

Requirements



Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a similar industry. Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent platforms. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively. Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights for strategic decision-making. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges. A recognised qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is desirable but not essential. Pay: 24,420.00-40,000.00 per year
