The Role:


As a Business Development Executive, your primary focus will be on driving new business opportunities through outbound cold calling and proactive outreach. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, engaging with decision-makers, and building relationships that lead to long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients, introducing our products and services in an engaging and professional manner. Follow up on leads, nurture relationships, and convert prospects into loyal customers. Research and identify new markets and customer segments to expand our reach. Schedule appointments or meetings to discuss tailored solutions with potential clients. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and keep accurate records of all contact details, activities, and outcomes within our CRM system. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop strategies and campaigns that enhance business growth. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings where applicable. Meet and exceed set sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team. Provide excellent customer service, addressing client queries and fostering positive relationships.

Ideal Candidate Profile:



Proven experience in outbound sales, business development, or a similar role is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage and influence decision-makers. Highly motivated, results-oriented, and resilient to rejection. Strong research and prospecting skills to identify new opportunities. Self-starter with a proactive approach and a positive attitude. Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.

Pay: 25,000.00-26,000.00 per year
