We are seeking a motivated and business-minded individual to join our team as a Business Developer to help drive growth, improve operations, and shape the future of our practice.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
Manage and grow marketing campaigns (social media, community outreach, local advertising).
Analyse practice performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Assist in streamlining operations and supporting daily business functions.
Research and develop new growth opportunities, including partnerships and events.
Provide regular reports and updates to management.
Requirements
Currently studying for an MBA (preferred: in the middle of your programme) or recently graduated.
Strong business development, marketing, or healthcare management knowledge.
Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
Ability to think creatively and bring new ideas to the table.
Comfortable working in a professional healthcare setting.
