Our working model informs the way staff and trained and supported and our multidisciplinary teams are diverse in age, gender, experiences and backgrounds.

Job Purpose



To support and promote the business development activity of the organisation, through maintaining relationships with local authorities, external communication, scanning opportunities and any relevant internal administration support. This role works directly with the Placements and Business Development Manager but supports the wider management and leadership team with customer relationships and communications, website and social media.



Duties



Operations:



To oversee the referrals@ email account and various online portals and secure email platforms To screen incoming communications to identify possible suitable referrals (filtering for the Business Development Manager) To reply to unsuitable referrals with supportive responses that help grow customer relationships To be a first point of contact/ new customer interface with Local Authorities With coaching and support, to exercise professional judgement to help Local Authorities identify suitable young people for our services. To support the Placements and Business Development Manager with admission tasks when required To provide local authorities with timely information on our service, working model, evidence base and associated information to help educate them about placement suitability. To maintain data on the referrals and enquiries records to support monitoring of trends and conversion rates To maintain a central tracker/ database of all current placements and maintain data for analysis purposes. To coordinate and contribute to all framework tendering and dynamic purchasing system processes as directed Attend provider meetings and market engagement presentations with Local Authorities for information gathering and to build sector/landscape knowledge Scan the external operating environment and keep abreast of political, commissioning, economic or other relevant factors that affect the operation of our services

Communications:



Achieve improved customer knowledge and awareness through direct and indirect marketing and communication To maintain the Website with any updates and refreshed content from the Management Team To provide regular company updates on social media platforms To support the development of any outward facing communications, flyers, brochures, banners, young persons guide etc To undertake regular mailshots to specific groups and to manage a pipeline of forward communications and marketing messages. To track the engagement of different communications to help inform operational and tactical decisions. To support the promotion of the organisation at relevant events To work with relevant members of the management team to maintain and develop any brochures, guides, videos, presentations and materials that support organisational promotion to different audiences. To work with the communities to identify work/ successes to share externally on social and other media channels, and seek opportunities to do so To forge links with other external agencies and develop positive relationships with them. To continue to engage in professional development and wider reading across the sector and practice to assist in confidence and communications. Any other duties delegated by the Board or Placements and Business Development Manager to support operations and care planning in accordance with regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 27,500.00-32,500.00 per year
