We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Advisor to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales, building relationships, and fostering customer loyalty, while developing the relationships of our current customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve organisational goals Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email. Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored product recommendations. Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Achieve sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products or services. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and company policies. Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Research, find and contact new potential customers. Look for new ways to drive the business forward.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven experience in business development or a related field. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Previous experience in customer service and sales is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Positive attitude and a team player.
