to help us grow Critical Cleans Ltd.

Critical Cleans Ltd is a growing cleaning company specialising in:
Domestic & commercial cleaning
Deep cleaning services
Biohazard & trauma scene cleaning
Hoarding support & mental health cleans
End of tenancy, after-builders, and more
We've been featured on
Channel 4's Crime Scene Cleaners
and are expanding fast. We're now looking for someone to focus on lead generation, relationship building, and B2B outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Outreach to commercial leads (estate agents, councils, facilities managers, landlords, etc.)
Build and maintain client relationships to secure new contracts
Track leads, enquiries, and conversions using CRM tools
Collaborate with our admin and operations teams for quoting and service delivery
Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity
Pay & Benefits
15/hour to start (12-16 hours/week to begin, with flexibility to grow)
Times can be adjusted for the right candidate.
10% commission on company profit from new business generated
(profit = client fee after staff costs, not including VAT or materials)
Opportunity to grow a team under you and earn additional commission from their clients
Potential profit-share or equity offer after 12 months for high-performing candidates
(note: any shares offered will only be valid while you're actively working with the business)
Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
Confident in outreach (calls, emails, networking)
Familiar with CRMs, tracking pipelines, and reporting results
Self-motivated and organised, with a drive to hit goals
Experience in facilities, housing, or cleaning sectors is a bonus, but not essential.
Flexible Hours, Real Impact
This is a freelance/contractor role. You manage your own schedule, but must be results-driven. We'll grow this role with you, as you bring in work, you'll have the option to expand your hours, your commission, and potentially your team.
This can be completed over two full days or split between mornings/evenings through the week.
