What you will be doing
When you join the Business Development Sales Support team, you will be provided with full training to enable you to confidently fulfil the following job requirements:
Provide first and second tier training and support to new and existing Sales employees on Siebel SFA primarily (plus other sales process applications), ensuring users are fully confident on how to use our CRM and sales tools and maximizing their engagement
Produce management information from Siebel SFA System for varying audiences on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Develop and maintain automated business analysis reports used by all levels and areas of the business
Engage in and facilitate process improvement projects, including process automation, as required
Ensure the Siebel SFA database is accurate and accounts are assigned correctly
Support promotion of good user adoption of Siebel SFA across all sales channels
Support the deployment of New Sales Management methodologies
Support and interface and work with all departments that will be touched by our CRM, for example SOP, Data Governance, Marketing, Sales
Responsible for the data quality held within Siebel SFA through analysis and analytical review
Provide coaching, advice and direction to Sales on how to improve data and maintain data to the highest degree
You will ideally have
Knowledge of CRM Tools and Sales Processes
Advanced to expert knowledge of MS Excel
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work on own initiative
Solid Project management capability
Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills
Good problem-solving ability
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation
Understanding the importance of Best Practice processes
