About the Role:





In the role of

Business Development Assistant,

you will be a key member of our Business Development and Marketing teams. You will help administer the Firm's client feedback programme and support the Business Development team in implementing marketing plans. .




What you'll be doing:




Client Feedback Programme

: Monitor and update central trackers, manage the client feedback inbox, and liaise with lawyers to set up client engagement activity.


Data Management:

Ensure accurate and up-to-date data input for reporting purposes


Marketing Support:

Assist the Business Development team in delivering marketing plans. This will include:


Supporting with webinars, podcasts, and virtual events and liaising with the events team Updating website content, including lawyer CVs and their experience. Assist with the coordination of the legal directories process. Supporting industry award submissions. Respond to ad hoc requests for marketing materials Updating and producing deal sheets and team sheets for clients.



What We're Looking For:




Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Strong planning and organisational skills Excellent communication abilities Ability to prioritise tasks effectively Methodical and accurate work approach Proactive attitude towards tasks and work in general.
