We are looking for an experienced, driven individual to join our team within MTS (Managed Trading Services) where you'll play a crucial role providing focused support to the MTS Global Sales and Business Development teams by taking charge of day-to-day contracting activities, ensuring smooth execution to conclusion. You will help us to maintain and streamline communication in-between sales and legal colleagues.
This is an in-office-based position (5 days a week)!
THE CHALLENGE:
Management of Salesforce CRM opportunities through to contract completion, service activation and invoicing
Contract drafting for new business and existing clients in collaboration with Sales and Legal teams within measured deadlines. .
Maintaining commercial pipeline within CRM Dashboards, ensuring our sales efforts are remain targeted and effective.
Proactively monitoring processes and procedures for ensure smooth business transactions.
Creation of product set up and progression for service integration.
ABOUT YOU:
2 years' experience in a similar admin or support role.
Strong organisational and time management skills
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and JIRA is beneficial.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in all interactions.
Fluency in English is essential in both written and spoken. Other languages are considered beneficial.
A collaborative team player who thrives in an environment where teamwork and cooperation are valued.
Shows strong initiative and can work on multiple projects with tight deadlines
Knowledge of sports betting industry would be beneficial.
