Job Overview:


We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and representing the values of our company. The BDA is responsible for all customer service activities for your customer base. This includes technical and product enquires and will provide support and assistance of the day-to-day functions within the sales office. This involves order processing, making & receiving phone calls, responding to enquiries, and having a good product knowledge.

Main responsibilities but not limited to:



Order processing and answering enquiries for your customer base. Support with customer service and technical queries. Market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities. Survey new prospect accounts to understand opportunity. Present prospect accounts to the Business Development Team and create a strategy. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers. Report on sales figures, gather product data and present findings with ideas to improve. Complete productivity reports and sales results to present to management. Receive inbound sales enquiries. Proactively work with customers to help reach targets.

The Person



The Business Development Associate is an energetic, enthusiastic and friendly person who possesses excellent communication skills with both our customer base and our colleagues. You must be able to build relationships with your customers, allowing you to develop sales with new and existing customers.

Essential Skills & Experience



Experience of building relationships with customers. Well organised with good communication skills with customers and colleagues. Motivated, dedicated and reliable. Attention to detail. Competent in Microsoft Office.
