The Role

We're looking for a motivated

Telesales Business Development Associate

to help us grow into new industries and markets. This is a

commission-only role with no earning cap

- the more you sell, the more you earn.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound telesales calls to generate new business. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Identify new avenues and industries for FMCG sales. Promote Sterling Ventures' full product range and close deals.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent spoken and written English. Knowledge of a South Asian language (Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Gujarati, Bengali, etc.) is a big plus. Previous telesales or B2B sales experience preferred. Confident communicator with a strong drive to achieve targets. Self-motivated and excited by uncapped earning potential.
