Due to our continuous growth and the exciting opening of our new office, we're looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our expanding team and help us elevate our brand even further.

The Opportunity:

As a Business Development Manager, your role will be pivotal in shaping our market presence, driving new business, and fostering relationships with clients across various sectors. You will be instrumental in:

Identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities aligned with our strategic goals. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients, architects, consultants, and stakeholders. Representing Survey. Design. Consult. at industry events, networking groups, and client meetings. Working collaboratively with our technical teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and met. Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company growth objectives. Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth areas and ensure we stay ahead in the industry.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the Building Services, Engineering, or Construction sectors. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels. Strategic thinking coupled with a proactive, results-driven approach. Excellent organisational and negotiation skills. A positive, forward-thinking mindset with a passion for growth and continuous improvement.
