Ready to kick-start your B2B sales career in a booming construction, residential market? As a Business Development Associate, you'll build relationships with residential developers, client managers and block managers, mastering the art of nurturing your clients, by telephone and remote and face-to-face selling.
You will assume responsibility for managing the full sales cycle; from lead generation to project conversion, ensuring commercial success whilst promoting our Products and Services. Office based with a national remit, the role may require some travel.

What You'll Do
Research and map prospective residential developers, client managers and block managers
Initiate targeted cold calls, LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns
Cold-call and email decision-makers to introduce our solutions
Schedule and lead Teams presentations and on-site meetings
Support Senior Sales & Management with proposal development and bid submission
Represent us at industry events and networking groups
Who You Are
6-12 months in a customer-facing role, or entry-level sales position
Natural resilience, curiosity and entrepreneurial drive, curious to learn and improve
Excellent listening skills and ability to build trust quickly
Strong planner: diary management and territory mapping come naturally
Full UK driving licence and willing to travel
What We Offer
Base salary (26k-30k) plus bonus
22 days' holiday plus 8 bank holidays, pension
Structured progression to Senior BDM within 18-24 months
Mentorship, shadowing and regular skills workshops
