We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support to the Director of Business Operations in the day-to-day activities of Bright Ideas Marketing Ltd, with a particular focus on new product development, business growth, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support new product development initiatives
Manage tendering processes to secure new business opportunities
Maintain ISO 9001 accreditation and support potential ISO 14001 certification
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including EU Timber Regulations, product testing, and packaging standards
Act as deputy for the DBO during absences, providing oversight across finance, e-commerce, stock management, and team coordination
Provide general office support as needed
Undertake additional tasks as required by the company
Knowledge & Skills
Strong customer focus with an understanding of delivering on expectations for both existing and new business
Commercial awareness with the ability to assess the impact of decisions on sales, costs, and profitability
High standards of professionalism, organisation, and discipline
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
Numerate, with the ability to interpret and analyse spreadsheets and data effectively

Pay: 32,000.00-35,000.00 per year
