NVCS and Green Farm Coffee are a leading family owned Vending and Coffee machine supplier, we are also proud to roast our own range of coffee in our bespoke roasting facility on site in Rackheath. We supply our great equipment and even better coffee to a wide selection of businesses across East Anglia and mainland Britain. Alongside these great products we have also recently launched Green Farm Fresh providing fresh food from our in house commercial kitchen to a range of retail and business customers. Moreover, we offer a huge range of wholesale supplies and a full after service operation provided by our in house technical team.
Due to the continued broadening of our business, we are now looking for a new member to join our sales team to help support the growth of our wholesale business. This role is to predominantly seek new business from existing and new data, by in person and telephone conversations while also maintaining an existing client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
Conduct in-person and telephone sales presentations
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and share insights
Process incoming orders and ensure accuracy and completeness
Identify potential new clients and work existing data to increase sales and achieve targets
Enter order details into the system and update customer information as needed
Communicate with customers to address any enquiries or issues related to their orders
Maintain organized records of all orders and related documentation
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as necessary
Ideal Candidate:
Some sales experience is desirable but not essential
Exceptional communication skills, both over the phone and in person
Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
A positive and enthusiastic attitude
Ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using software applications for order processing and data entry
Familiarity with CRM systems is desirable but not essential
Willingness to learn, adapt and be flexible in the role
