About the job

Role Overview:



The Business Development Manager (BDM) will work closely with our network of high-net-worth investors, providing expert wealth management guidance to help them identify the most suitable property investments. You will manage relationships with both UK-based and international investors. You will be responsible for ensuring investors take swift, decisive action, as our properties are in high demand and sell quickly.

Commission Structure



Our top performers make 7% of 120,000 - 150,000 of deals that they close each month. Our average performers 5% of 50,000 - 70,000 of deals that they close each month.

Key Responsibilities:



Build and nurture trusted relationships with investors. Stay on top of multiple ongoing deals Negotiate and close property deals on the same day from investors all across the world Drive revenue & growth projections

Who We're Looking For:



Looking for individuals with high ticket B2B experience (Non Negotiable) Minimum of 5 years in business development or sales, ideally within the property or investment sectors Strong sales and negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals. Strive working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
