The Role
As a Business Development Consultant, you will be working in Education & Childcare, you'll be responsible for:
Identify and target potential clients within the Education and Childcare sector to generate new business opportunities.
Proactively call and engage with owners, managers, and decision-makers to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects to encourage ongoing engagement.
Pass high-quality leads to the Business Manager for follow-up and closure.
Pitch the agency's recruitment services to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of partnering with the agency.
Keep up-to-date with sector trends, funding changes, and staffing challenges to identify new opportunities..
This role is 100% commission-based. You will earn 300-500 per successful candidate placement. This payment applies once a lead you've submitted converts into a confirmed placement with the client. The more placements you generate, the more you earn.

About You
Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or business development

Sector experience (education, healthcare, finance, construction, etc.) is a plus
