The Role



As a Business Development Consultant, you will be working in Education & Childcare, you'll be responsible for:

Identify and target potential clients within the Education and Childcare sector to generate new business opportunities. Proactively call and engage with owners, managers, and decision-makers to build a pipeline of qualified leads. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects to encourage ongoing engagement. Pass high-quality leads to the Business Manager for follow-up and closure. Pitch the agency's recruitment services to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of partnering with the agency. Keep up-to-date with sector trends, funding changes, and staffing challenges to identify new opportunities..
This role is 100% commission-based. You will earn 300-500 per successful candidate placement. This payment applies once a lead you've submitted converts into a confirmed placement with the client. The more placements you generate, the more you earn.

About You



Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or business development Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial Confident communicator with the ability to build lasting relationships Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule Sector experience (education, healthcare, finance, construction, etc.) is a plus
