One of our market leading digital solutions is RSM InTime, a SaaS solution designed for the recruitment sector that helps clients streamline and automate timesheet, billing, and payroll processes. We also offer an outsourced pay and bill service utilising InTime.



As a Business Development Coordinator, you will be tasked with providing outstanding administration support to the Business Development and Account Management teams, including comprehensive support as required for individual projects.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, well organised, and capable of working under their own initiative. You will enjoy working in a small team and you may be looking to develop their career in business development and account management.


Specific requirements include, but are not limited to the following:

Provide effective relationship management to the RSM network, including Partners and prospective clients Liaise with delivery teams regarding client requirements, pricing (quotations/proposals) and new business pipeline and lead times Support the Business Development and Account Management team's client activities and tasks Handle enquiries and calls from clients and colleagues and act as a point of contact for Business Development and account Management activities, including the monitoring of external email inboxes Maintain a working knowledge of all RSM InTime solutions Assist with on-going communications and marketing with the assistance of central RSM national marketing resources. Undertake any reasonable Business Development and Account Management projects and tasks as requested by the Management Team (some travel may be required) Effectively and accurately record opportunities on the CRM system Ensure documents are filed correctly (paper and electronic) New lead research & allocation Compile and manage quotations and proposals Support compliance processes for on-boarding clients and obtaining information for anti-money laundering checks

What we're looking for



GCSE Maths and English Language - Grade C / 4 or above (or equivalent) Experience of providing excellent client care in a proactive, fast paced, office-based environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience communicating at a range of different levels, up to Director Computer literate and technically competent using web sites, web applications etc. Be able to demonstrate consultative approach Be able to demonstrate excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
