Business Development Coordinator
Location: Manchester (Office-based with flexible/hybrid options)

Your Responsibilities:
Assist the BDM with lead generation, customer onboarding, and proposal preparation. Coordinate quotes, presentations, and sales documentation for prospective and existing clients. Liaise with internal operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth communication. Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data. Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and client visits for the sales team. Monitor tender opportunities and assist in compiling tender responses. Handle general sales administration and support tasks as required.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a logistics, sales support, or customer service role (freight forwarding experience a big plus). Strong communication and organisational skills. Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). A proactive mindset with a keen interest in international trade and logistics. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: 24,583.59-40,000.00 per year
