RJA Electrical Services Ltd provide a comprehensive electrical services for various Housing Associations across the UK We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The role can be either part-time or full-time and offers the flexibility to work remotely. The successful candidate will support bid manager to create high-quality submissions and provide administrative support. This an ideal role for candidates looking to develop their writing skills, with training opportunities to become a Bid Writer. This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Wages are dependent on experience and the number of hours worked per week.
Role
Responding to standard selection questionnaires
Proofreading and editing tenders for clarity, consistency, and accuracy
Formatting proposals according to client requirements and company standards
Ensuring timely submission of bids within strict deadlines
Ensuring CRM system is maintained
Developing engaging case studies by liaising with subject matter experts across the business
Maintaining bid library
General administrative support
