Archer UK are looking for a Business Development Coordinator to support our Business Development team on afixed-term basis for Platform Operations team based at Blackburn, Aberdeen.



We are looking for a self motivated candidate with a minimum of 1-2 years in a business support role ideally with experience of Sales or Marketing.



The successful candidate should have a keen interest in business growth, have excellent organisational and time management skills as well as being self-driven and proactive.

Key Responsibilities

Support preparation of marketing materials. Support preparation of the commercial content of documents relating to pre-qualifications, quotations and tenders in readiness for timely submission in an accurate and professional manner, in accordance with Archer templates for management approval. Support the preparation of tender/commercial/business case/strategy report proposals to senior management/board members. As required contribute to preparation activities for various Sales/Marketing events. The individual must be capable of working on own initiative. Review, comment and submit a weekly and monthly report for management with sales opportunity status. Monitor, record and report on competitor and operator activity. Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by Line Management within the timeframe specified in a safe and efficient manner to meet business requirements

Experience:Upstream Oil & Gas Business Development experience advantageous but not essential. Experienced in dealing with confidential information.
