For this Business Development position, you will be joining a growing Sales team to help identify Enterprise level prospects who will benefit from their Digital Marketing solutions.

Reporting directly into the Head of Sales, this role will proactively be reaching out and nurturing new business sales opportunities with prospects who look like they would benefit from the agencies treatment.

This is a tip-of-the-spear sales role, where you will be the first person that the prospect interacts with at the Enterprise level. You will use your initiative and research potential businesses, looking to uncover ideal prospects, working with the Marketing team and then engaging with them using a wide variety of tools at your disposal.

This client are industry experts and it will be your role to educate potential prospects on how they can help, before seamlessly passing the prospect over to continue the sales journey.

Some of the key responsibilities for this successful individual would be but no limited to:

  • You will identify prospects who would benefit from working with the Group
  • Research the Enterprise clients organisation and ensure that the agency reach out with key insights on how they can improve clients online presence
  • Use a variety of prospecting tools, such as referrals, phone calls, videos, email, social media, and events to engage with prospects through a series of touch points
  • As the \xe2\x80\x9cgo to person\xe2\x80\x9d for digital marketing, you will be able to use your insight and expertise to nurture the prospect until there is a selling opportunity
  • You will work to targets and KPI\xe2\x80\x99s (monthly / annually)
  • Have the opportunity to work alongside other teams to help achieve sales growth
Requirements
  • Experience in Outbound sales is essential
  • Experience in Digital Marketing would be outstanding, but definitely not essential as we are OPEN on background. Software, Tech, Services or Media
  • Proven track record of achieving targets
  • Self-motivated with a real desire to succeed and progress
  • Hungry to learn and open to feedback/coaching/mentoring
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal
