Business Development Executive - American Market



Digital Marketing - Altrincham (Greater Manchester)

Basic salary: 28K + uncapped commission (OTE up to 65K)

Full time: 1:30 pm - 9:00 pm (32.5 hours per week, may be subject to change)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our international sales team. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by selling campaign management trials to ecommerce businesses on the East Coast of America, with a strong emphasis on those operating through Amazon Marketplace.

This role offers a clear fast-track progression path for high performers, with structured advancement opportunities into senior sales, account management, or team leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and engage potential ecommerce clients via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn - focusing on businesses operating on the East Coast of the USA, especially those using Amazon Marketplace. Execute effective B2B sales strategies to meet and exceed performance targets. Consult with clients to understand their business goals and present tailored digital marketing solutions. Deliver excellent communication both verbally and in writing. Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth onboarding and campaign delivery. Maintain accurate records of activities and performance metrics.

Qualifications and Experience:



2+ years of proven B2B sales experience with a strong closing record. Experience selling to ecommerce businesses or working with Amazon Marketplace clients is highly advantageous. Excellent prospecting and pipeline development skills. Target-driven and highly motivated by commission and performance rewards. Strong time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail. Confidence in working independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strategic mindset with a commercial edge.
