Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business growth strategies to achieve sales targets Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and lead generation Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies Prepare and deliver pitches, proposals, and presentations to clients and prospects Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market research Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and partners Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to senior management
Requirements:

Proven experience in business development, marketing, or sales Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in brand management, fundraising, or marketing consulting Knowledge of marketing analytics and performance metrics Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 31,000.00-35,000.00 per year
