Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about sales and business growth, with a focus on strategic outreach and client engagement. Duties
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach activities
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients to foster long-term partnerships
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting our offerings' value
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and strategies for lead generation
Manage sales pipelines to track progress and optimise conversion rates
Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with client requirements
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market developments
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our brand and services
Consistently generate a minimum of
10 new qualified leads per month
Skills
Proven experience in sales or business development roles, preferably within a similar industry
Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent tools for managing client relationships and sales pipelines
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
Organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple prospects simultaneously
Ability to analyse market data and generate strategic insights for business growth
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets and overcoming challenges
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques is advantageous but not essential

Flexibility to attend client meetings, field sales and industry events
Working Hours & Contract
Part-time
: 5 days a week, 4 - 5 hours per day or 20 - 25 hours per week (flexible)
Holiday
: 28 days inclusive of public holidays (pro rata).
