About the Role
The Business Development Executive (BDE) will play a key role in driving NES Corporation's business growth and expanding our client portfolio. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing tailored marketing strategies that align with client goals and market trends.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities within the marketing and digital communications sectors.
Develop and implement growth strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, marketing plans, and presentations to prospective clients.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for service improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored marketing campaigns and promotional strategies that meet client objectives.
Support management in executing business expansion projects, including market entry assessments and partnership development.
Represent NES Corporation at industry events, networking meetings, and client presentations to enhance brand visibility.
Monitor and report on business development activities, performance metrics, and ROI from marketing initiatives.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of emerging marketing tools, technologies, and best practices.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in business development, marketing, or client acquisition, ideally within a marketing, media, or creative agency environment.
Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing principles, sales strategies, and client relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical and organisational skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
A creative and adaptable mindset with an interest in branding, marketing trends, and business innovation.
