Our client is looking for a team of three confident and ambitious Business Development Executives who can assist them in growing their customer base. This is an exciting opportunity for somebody looking to begin their career in B2B sales and you will be provided with comprehensive sales training to succeed in your role.

The Opportunity



They are looking for driven and energetic BDEs to join their team and play a critical role in growing their business. As the first point of contact for potential customers, you'll be responsible for identifying prospects, initiating conversations and setting the stage for successful sales engagements. You'll help them build strong pipelines and uncover new opportunities for their sales team to close deals and drive revenue.

As a BDE, you'll be enrolled on a four-week Furza Sales Academy Programme, providing you with excellent training to enable you to reach your full potential. Alongside this, Furza and our client provide ongoing coaching, management and support to ensure you feel confident, capable and fulfilled in your role.

What You'll Do



Develop a clear understanding of products and solutions. Identify, research and target potential new clients. Proactively reach out to multiple decision makers through cold calling, emailing and LinkedIn to promote, educate and recommend solutions. Generate new business opportunities with top businesses and exciting clients across a wide range of industries. Become an expert in your field - continuous development of your company, product, sector and competitor knowledge

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a natural ability to build rapport. A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a results-driven mindset.
