Core Prescribing Solutions is a leading provider of Clinical Pharmacy Services across the UK.

We are currently experiencing significant demand for our services from NHS commissioners, Primary Care Networks and GP practices across the UK. We are looking to recruit ambitious and energetic full time Business Development Executives.

You will be the face of the organisation and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales and marketing strategies to drive the company's sales targets and performance.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with current and future clients.

An intricate knowledge of primary care and the NHS is desirable.

Roles and responsibilities: (see job spec for more information)



Generate new business opportunities with prospective clients through all prospective channels and the appropriate activities. Research prospective clients in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful execution to get deals over the line Leading sales pitches, including the creation of sales presentations and proposals Build a sales pipeline by identifying potential leads Maintain our internal CRM - ensuring all BD activity is recorded correctly and accurately Take ownership of full sales cycle from generating leads, demonstrating our services, negotiation and closing the deal/s with the Board of Directors. Build a strong pipeline relevant opportunity to deliver against and ensure goals are met and exceeded Build and maintain in-depth understanding of our services by working closely with the Board of Directors Attend events, national exhibitions, webinars or any other meetings/ events as advised by the board of directors to network, to generate interest in the services offered by Core Prescribing Solutions Grow the company's social media accounts to increase awareness of the company Generate reports of daily, weekly and monthly activity of leads contacted, interest generated, appropriate follow ups or and the deals closed and the value and nature of each deal. Consistently meet and exceed KPI's set by the board of directors in relation to performance. Any other activities as advised by the Board of Directors

Essential requirements:



Experience working in a Medical/Healthcare Sales environment in either a Business Development or relevant marketing role. It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have at least 5 years experience in that field. University degree in any subject Awareness of latest developments within Business Development/Marketing fields. Excellent communication both written and verbal. Confident individual with a proactive attitude. A self-starter, able to demonstrate high levels of initiative and motivation, but also work closely with other team members and displaying trust and loyalty. Must be disciplined and well organised. Authoritative, honest and persuasive yet tactful. Energetic and enthusiastic. Be both a strategic thinker as well as being a capable implementer. Must be able to multi-task and keep calm and work well under pressure. Good team player. An excellent working knowledge of MS Office packages, mostly Word, Power point and Excel The flexibility to work outside normal office hours as may be required from time-to- time. A commitment to a high standard of work, attention to detail and a growth mindset is a must. This is a key hire for the company and as such we will invest in your success and continual progress.

Location:

Bradford HQ + field based (UK travel required)

Salary:

30-40k + uncapped commission (typically 1k-3k/month extra)

Contract:

Full-time, 40 hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 40,000.00 per year
