27,000-30,000 per year + uncapped commission

About the Role

Business Show Media is hiring a

Business Development Manager

to support the growth of our international events portfolio. This role focuses on sourcing, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities with exhibitors and sponsors targeting the

US and global markets

.

This is an ideal role for someone early in their sales career who wants structured training, strong earning potential, and clear progression into

Sales Executive, Senior BDM, or Event-focused roles

.

Full training provided.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential exhibitors and sponsors Proactively contact prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn Qualify leads and generate interest in international business events Book meetings and pass qualified opportunities to Sales Executives Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity Support wider sales and marketing campaigns Learn the commercial and operational side of large-scale events
What We're Looking For

Confident and professional communicator Motivated, proactive, and target-driven Comfortable making outbound calls Interest in sales, business development, or events Resilient and positive attitude Able to work 12:00pm-9:00pm to align with US clients Based in the UK and able to work full-time from the office
No previous experience required - full training provided.
