Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Cardiff. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding our market presence.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business leads through outbound activity. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and fulfilment of their requirements. Utilise Salesforce, to track sales activities and manage pipelines. Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Attend industry events and conferences to promote the organisation's services and expand professional networks.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales or business development roles. Strong proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce. Excellent communication skills. Organised with a strategic mindset to identify opportunities and develop effective outreach. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets and driving business growth. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
