Job Title: Sales Executive Managed IT Services

Location: Wakefield based office

Salary: 30,000 plus commission and benefits

Job Type: Permanent / Full-Time

Eitex is looking for a motivated IT Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Castleford. As part of a fast-paced Managed Service Provider (MSP), you'll play a key role in driving new business, managing and developing existing client accounts, and building strong, long-term relationships. This role will also involve taking ownership of certain existing accounts to ensure they continue to receive the highest level of service and attention as the business grows. You'll be promoting our full range of managed IT solutions, including ongoing IT support, Microsoft 365, cyber security, backup and disaster recovery, networking, and VoIP services, all tailored to meet each client's unique needs and goals. You'll manage the full sales process, while being fully supported and working closely with the Sales Manager to achieve shared goals.

Key Responsibilities



Prospecting:

Identify and target new accounts primarily through proactive outbound calling, supported by networking, referrals, and inbound leads, to build a strong and qualified pipeline. Strong phone experience and confidence are essential for success in this role.

Discovery:

Understand each client's goals and challenges to create tailored, value-driven proposals.

Presenting:

Lead meetings, presentations, and demos; work with technical experts for detailed solution discussions.

Sales Process:

Manage everything from first contact and proposal to negotiation, close, and handover to the project team.

Account Growth:

Run regular account reviews to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Eitex's services such as cyber security, backup, VoIP, and cloud, working closely with the Sales Manager to develop and execute account growth strategies.

Reporting:

Keep CRM data, forecasts, and performance reports accurate and up to date.

Essential Skills and Experience



A top-performing salesperson first and foremost with proven experience managing and growing B2B customer accounts.

Experience selling IT services is a plus, but not essential, technical knowledge can be learned.

Comfortable managing the full sales process, from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.

Strong planning, organisation and commercial awareness

Strong communication, discovery, and negotiation skills, able to build trust with non-technical stakeholders.

Self-motivated, resilient, and highly organised, with excellent pipeline discipline and follow-through.

Confident using CRM and pipeline management tools

Eager to learn and understand MSP services, including Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, backup & disaster recovery, networking, and VoIP/Teams Phone.

Full UK driving license.

Minimum 3 years' experience in sales B2B.

Education:
