26,000 per annum

On-Target Earnings (OTE): 35,000-40,000

Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our market presence. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strategic relationships, and develop innovative plans to meet company objectives. Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will be instrumental in fostering long-term partnerships and increasing revenue streams. Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new business opportunities research, networking, and lead generation strategies. Get involved in direct sales from the start ! You are onfield and get walkin-walkout deals for our product. Build strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to facilitate business growth. Conduct prospecting, pitching, signing agreements and installations (takes 2 minutes literally) Manage and track leads, sales activities, and client interactions. Coordinate with after sales and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and ongoing account management.

Requirements



Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a focus on strategic planning and client relationship management. Strong knowledge of MS Office and other record keeping softwares. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company goals. Familiarity with marketing principles and project management practices. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Prior experience with customer relationship management tools and sales automation platforms is highly desirable.
