Key Responsibilities
Speak with business owners to understand their business needs
Contact new and existing prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Arrange follow-up conversations for senior team members
Maintain accurate notes using internal systems
Learn about business funding through training and practical experience
Work collaboratively within a small team environment
Training and Support
Structured onboarding and role-specific training
Ongoing coaching and regular feedback

Candidate Profile
Graduate or early-career level
Comfortable speaking with people

No previous sales or finance experience required
