They aim to make business funding clear and accessible by supporting customers through the process in a straightforward and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

Speak with business owners to understand their business needs Contact new and existing prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn Arrange follow-up conversations for senior team members Maintain accurate notes using internal systems Learn about business funding through training and practical experience Work collaboratively within a small team environment

Training and Support

Structured onboarding and role-specific training Ongoing coaching and regular feedback Supportive working environment where questions are encouraged Development opportunities as experience grows
This role is designed to support the development of communication skills, confidence, and commercial understanding.

Candidate Profile

Graduate or early-career level Comfortable speaking with people Interested in learning how businesses operate and grow Positive and reliable approach to work No previous sales or finance experience required
