Leading Edge offers complete signage and design services which cover the whole of the UK and is in the top 10 largest companies in the country. As part of our aggressive growth strategy, we are looking for a Business Development Executive, to generate leads with business to business clients in the Retail, Sports and Property sectors.

The business is unique in that its model is solely in house employed staffing, meaning our products and service levels are the strongest in the market place.

Achieve and exceed sales targets, profitability goals, and KPIs across your territory. Maximise time management and minimise business costs through strategic journey planning. Drive performance using set strategies. Collaborate with marketing teams to activate campaigns and boost retail conversion. Identify, prospects and secure partnerships Deliver compelling pitches and commercial proposals Execute territory growth plans based on market insights, competitor activity, and brand strategy. Maintain and nurture relationships with clients, focusing on understanding their business goals, challenges, and growth potential. Build trusted relationships with new and prospective clients. Represent the brand at trade shows and networking events. Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility. Provide weekly updates and strategic insights to leadership.

REQUIREMENTS



Experience in signage and large format graphics desirable although not essential. Character and presenence are the key attributes we are looking for. Proven success in winning and launching new business partnerships. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Comfortable with frequent travel and field-based work. Confident communicator and relationship builder. Proficient in using Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint etc. Full clean UK driving license. Proficient in CRM systems and performance reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 40,000.00-60,000.00 per year
