Bell Transport Group are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. Duties
Identify and pursue new business leads through research, networking, and outreach activities.
Develop a close network of contacts and prospective customers.
Working alongside the management team to deliver effective tender responses relevant to our business model.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Collaborate with marketing team to develop strategies that maximise our market penetration.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on sales pipeline, activity levels, and achieved targets for management review.
Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote the organisation's services.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a similar industry.
Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce; experience with other CRM tools is advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating new business opportunities.
Ability to analyse market data and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
