The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to manage leads, track progress, and report on sales activities.
Attend weekly meetings for ongoing training and development
Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Skills
Confident communicator - you're comfortable picking up the phone and making calls
Sales or telesales experience is a plus, but not essential if you're hungry to learn
Driven, self-motivated, and target-focused
Professional, persuasive, and personable
