Business Development Executive - Events & Land Sourcing

We're growing fast and looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team. This role is your chance to drive new business, secure prime land for events, and play a key role in expanding our presence across the UK.

The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you'll combine sales expertise with commercial insight to drive growth across both our Event Support Team and Anprodata. You'll identify opportunities, negotiate land agreements, and showcase how our services elevate events while helping landowners implement professional parking enforcement solutions. You'll manage relationships with clients and landowners, craft winning proposals, and play a key role in expanding two exciting, fast-paced areas of our business.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and target potential clients, venues, landowners, and local authorities. Source, negotiate, and secure land and parking sites for events, as well as sites requiring parking enforcement services. Promote Event Support Team services, including traffic management, stewarding, and security solutions. Introduce and support Anprodata's parking enforcement services, helping landowners implement compliant ticketing and Parking Charge Notice (PCN) solutions. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and landowners. Prepare tailored proposals, quotes, and tenders to win new business across both event operations and parking enforcement. Support Directors with sales strategy, pipeline development, and achieving targets. Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Experience in land or site procurement for events or parking enforcement is highly desirable. Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Proactive, driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively.

Desirable:

Knowledge of the events, security, traffic management, or parking enforcement sectors.
