As a Business Development Executive at Tradectory, you'll play a pivotal role in driving new business growth and expanding our presence across the construction and trade sectors. You'll represent the agency with confidence and enthusiasm, developing strong relationships with prospects, attending industry events, and showcasing the value of our strategy-led marketing approach.
This role is made for someone proactive, energetic, and commercially minded, someone who thrives on meeting new people, uncovering opportunities, and converting conversations into meaningful partnerships. You'll be travelling to meet prospects and attending events or trade shows regularly.
At Tradectory, your success is rewarded. You'll earn uncapped commission on every retainer you bring into the agency for the full length of your employment, paid for as long as that client remains onboard with Tradectory, alongside access to ongoing training, hands-on mentorship, and a development-first culture.
This role is hybrid: 3 days per week in our London office and 2 days from home.
