Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking). Build and manage a pipeline of prospects, converting leads into long-term clients. Attend events, conferences, and community gatherings to promote our services and win new opportunities. Support digital marketing campaigns with a focus on lead generation. Research target markets and identify growth opportunities. Work closely with directors to shape and deliver sales strategies.

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and persuasion skills. Confident, outgoing, and able to build instant rapport. A proven interest or experience in sales/business development. Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient. Full UK driving licence desirable (for attending events/meetings).
