Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using Salesforce or other CRM software. Meet or exceed sales targets while contributing to the overall growth strategy of the organisation.

Skills

Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry. Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software is essential for managing client relationships effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients at all levels. Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
